Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Payment must be received before orders can be processed, and this typically occurs within 2 – 4 working days.
• The usual delivery time is typically 4 – 8 working days after the item is dispatched.
• In total, there are 12 working days in this timeframe (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The given timeframes are a secure and practical estimate that takes into consideration batch handling and courier processing.

Tracking Information

Kindly be aware that obtaining your tracking number does not guarantee the immediate arrival of your package.

Initially, tracking information is created prior to the parcel completing its journey through the Mail network. Updates will commence once the item has been scanned into their system. However, in some cases, it may take more than a week to complete this scan.

It is perfectly ordinary for there to be a lapse of time between:

• Receiving your tracking information.
• Seeing your first tracking update.
• Final delivery of your order.

• It may take a few days for tracking updates to become active.
• As soon as Mail starts updating the tracking, delivery will ensue.
